Eurohaptics 2020 welcomes participants with disabilities. If you have specific needs for accessibility, please check the box “Request for accessibility services” during the registration process or contact us directly via accessibility@eurohaptics2020.org.
If you have any specific accessibility needs during the conference, please ask one of the volunteers to help or talk the accessibility support desk near the registration area. They will help you find a solution.

Materials for the blind and partially sighted
There is braille emergency information for participants with visual disabilities. Depending on your request and the availability there may be other print materials in Braille. Contact us for more information if you need braille materials.
Digital materials are available at the accessibility support desk near the registration area.
